Vendor Registration Info

Vendors must complete the application process and all other steps before registration is complete.

After you have filled out our VENDOR REGISTRATION form, you application will be screened by our team for quality purposes. 

Due to a high volume of registrations, review of your application may take between 1-14 business days. We encourage Vendors to register 2 months prior to the event.


Please take your time filling out the VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM and check for accuracy. You will be required to attach pictures of your vendor booth vehicles with your application. DO NOT send us screen shots or instagram photos of these vehicles. Attach only High Resolution photos of the vehicles. There will also be a section to include links to any features or articles about your company and the vendor booth vehicles.

Registration of vendor booth vehicles DOES NOT include judging of these vehicles. If you wish to have your vehicles judge, you must also submit a VENDOR JUDGING FORM. Judging for these vehicles will include an additional fee. 

Once you have received your confirmation email, you will have 10 business days to complete payment for your spot. Failure to complete your purchase may result in loss of vendor spot.

Vendor Pricing & Packages

Vendor packages will be listed on the VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM. Prices may differ between events depending on location and available resources. Vendor’s and Sponsor’s logos will be placed on our advertisements, event pages, and T-SHIRTS. 


For vendors looking to be a title sponsor at one of our events. Please complete the VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM and check the “Title Sponsor” check box on the form. 

To insure you receive the most out of your sponsorship, we ask that you apply 4 months prior to the event. 

For those who wish to sponsor our event and not set up a vendor booth or bring vehicles, check the “Sponsor” check box on the form.
